The Clinic is downtown in the Centre Square Mall, that’s the mall with the Public Library and the Tim Horton’s.
The clinic is in the Office tower on the second floor. You can go in across the street from Birchwood Coffee shop and the office tower is to the left of the public library elevator ( they do not connect so it must be the office tower elevators). The client should bring a pair of lace-up shoes that they would like fit for the orthotics.
